The Definition of HOLD MY POCKET

July 14, 2008 · Leave a Comment

It’s quite simple.  “Hold my pocket” is what you say to someone who’s being outlandishly disrespectful to you, your person, and/or everything you stand for.  When you tell someone to hold your pocket, you’re telling them to grab hold of the contents therein because that’s all that person is good for when they proceed to be outlandish.  Let’s do a test run so you know what I mean.

McCain: “we’re gonna be in Iraq 100 years if needed…”

The Average U.S. Citizen: “100 years??  McCain, you can Hold My Pocket.”

get the idea?  Good.
